Project Goal

The purpose of the QR code to NRJ project was to achieve one mobile application gathering some information on Schneider Clients products and initiate communication with the customer care center. App available on both iOS and Android platforms with graphic designs customized to smartphones and tablets needed to have several integrations with third parties systems.

The app enables the Client to:

  • check Hardware version and application type
  • register your product,
  • check device health,
  • to maintenance due date, and upgrade firmware requirements.

  • Schneider Electrics – Project Management and Product Management
  • Better Software Group (JojoMobile) – responsible for the UI/UX of the new product and for mobile application delivery.

General Problem

Electric equipment and product of Scheider Electric are well known in the world. Schneider was looking for the way to boost their sales and Clients satisfaction at the same time. The best way to do that was to equip clients with some extra tool that could be only an addition to already purchased products but however, it might also improve clients’ work in a significant way.

Problems solved in the project

  • Bluetooth communication limitation
  • Quality Assurance – the application must be stable
  • Extreme ease of use
  • Integration with client CMS

What we have learned

  • Bluetooth communication technology has some limitation
  • Most of the limitations can be circumvented if you spend some time for “know how”
  • Electronic tools supported with stable software can strengthen sales process if the UI and the UX are well planned and based on your customer’s feedback
